Lip blush, like other forms of permanent makeup, is designed to be long-lasting, but it’s not necessarily permanent. While the pigment is intended to fade naturally over time, there are some methods for removing or correcting lip blush if desired. Complete removal is more challenging and may require multiple sessions. We do offer two types of removal (link to removal page), that can aid in lightening the previous permanent makeup enough for us to work over and create new lip blush for you if necessary. It’s important to consult with a qualified and experienced PMU artist before attempting any form of removal or correction. They can assess your individual situation and recommend the best course of action based on your needs and goals. Additionally, it’s crucial to have realistic expectations about the results of removal or correction procedures, as complete removal may not always be possible, and multiple sessions may be required for significant changes.
